2026 Fall Academy
The Blount United Rush Soccer Academy offers a program specifically designed for young players 5U-8U to develop a love for soccer.
Schedule
All teams train twice per week
Tuesdays and Fridays from 6pm - 7pm at Vulcan Fields
(1850 S. Court St., Maryville, TN 37803)
All teams have games on Saturdays in the Elite Soccer League
Matches are located in Knoxville (Nicholas Ball Park) and Maryville (Vulcan Fields)
Additional Information
BURSC Academy is the only introductory soccer program in Blount County that is led by licensed coaches and directors who use a proven curriculum to maximize player development and enjoyment.
All Academy players receive:

Anna Bowerman

Anna has led the Academy since 2018 with energy and passion that continues to instill a love of soccer in every player who comes through the program. As a previous competitive player at Blount United, Anna knows that team sports are critical for positive character development and physical health. She excels at combining fun and development in every training session and, through her leadership, has introduced the fundamentals of soccer to hundreds of players.

Applicants must have soccer coaching experience, an outgoing, enthusiastic personality, and a strong work ethic and organizational skills.

U5 - U6 Co - Ed
Academy 4- and 5-year-old players are introduced to soccer in a fun, co-ed environment. Your player will benefit from licensed coaches who follow a proven curriculum to support the development of foundational skills and a love of the game.
U7 - U8 Male and Female Teams
Academy 6 and 7-year-old players do not play on co-ed teams. Instead, they further their soccer skills on gender-specific teams to increase competition, skill levels, and camaraderie. All teams are led by experienced, licensed coaches who are guided by a proven soccer curriculum to maximize your player's enjoyment and development.
